What's going on here?! UI errors on device but not in editor

Hey there,

So I have made the switch from NGUI to UGUI however Im having some nasty graphical errors with the UI for some reason that I can not determine.

Top image is in Editor. No issues in multiple resolutions.

Bottom image is On Device (Android). Major graphical issues.

Any Ideas whats happening here?
