Hi, about 80% of my newest assets (unity 5.0.0 version) have disappeared in their correspondent categories, ex.
in category:3D Models/Vehicles/Space I had some of my assets that was the most polular of this category and was at the top of the chart… and now they can´t be seen in this category… they get “zero” visibility… it sound like you have a new guy in the office that push the “don´t push this button”… don´t know whats happenning, if Asset Store have a security issue or bug… but for the moment don´t have answer or explanation from your team.
PS: I think I´m not the only member with this problem, in category :3D Models/Vehicles/Space now there is only 300 assets !!! some days ago there was a lot of more!!!
How did you solved this problem ?
I am also facing this problem. Both of my plugins are in Scripting/GUI section & one of them was in 2nd page of popularity. It was update just 1 day ago. So, it was in the 1st page of updated section in Scripting/GUI.
But suddenly it disappeared from all charts. And it’s not back yet. I have even sent email to asset store support, but I think they are not interested to reply me.(May be because I am not a AAA developer)
Please share, what you have done to get it back on chart ?
I just contact developper and give me a quick answer, now its solved… it was a bug, perhaps now your plugin will have his place again… if not I suppose it will be a other issue, perhaps a very old script… well… hope
