I have a project that was working fine, then all of a sudden, my inputs were erased, my lighting is really off, most (but not all) of my tags have been erased, flares aren’t working, and everything is just freaking out! What’s going on with unity!?
Sounds like the library or project settings folder got corrupted somehow; just revert it from a working version.

Revert? By keeping backups. By using version control.
