Whats that error ? Unknown error while loading 'library/shadercache/editorencounteredvariants'. ?

What is that error ? I had a power down in my home when restarted the pc and unity editor again and loaded my project again I got this error.

The same error show 3 times in the console.

I’m using unity 2019.2.5f1 personal.
