What's the average support@Unity3D queue these days?

Just wondering, cuz I sent 2 tickets to support@unity3d.com 2 months ago, and haven’t heard back since. I’m reasonably patient; just curious.

If it usually takes longer then 2 months, I’ll need to adapt.

But if it’s shorter then 2 months, then my tickets probably got shot down by a glitch or two.

Anyone have experience with support response times?

It should be 48 hours or 2 working days. Can you resend, it sounds like something went wrong.

Like Karl said, something must be wrong. What where the case numbers?

I just sent another ticket today and I received a “E-mail received” confirmation.
It seems my 3 earlier attempts had failed.
Had I noticed this earlier. Ah well. -___-
At least I’m not being ignored on purpose xD

Wish I had the case number for my first few tickets but it never got through so it didn’t get a case number.

On the bright side and a side effect, the last 2 months had forced me to create my own versions of the assets i wanted to buy. Had made me stronger. Not that I want to continue this trend… lol It’s a bit inefficient.

I see it now, my ticket from April is #45651.
I failed to respond to Bronte’s request all that time ago because I never received a confirmation letter from the system.
I also assumed you guys would write an E-mail back, but communication is being done through a system outside of one’s E-mail communique.

Sheesh. Even customer support has a learning curve. lol. Sometimes I think I’m getting too old for technology.
