When activating objects, their scale becomes 1

Maybe someone faced a problem, where you instantiate game objects at the start of the game, which are deactivate. And later when you activate them, their scale becomes 1. But in prefab hierarchy I set them to 5.

			var position = new ArcGISPoint(longtitute, latitute, 50, ArcGISSpatialReference.WGS84());
			var point = Instantiate(testPrefab, testParent.transform);
			point.transform.localScale = new Vector3(5, 5, 5);
			point.gameObject.name = "Copy_" + feature.SelectToken("id").ToString();
			point.gameObject.AddComponent<ArcGISLocationComponent>();
			point.GetComponent<ArcGISLocationComponent>().Position = position;
			point.GetComponent<ArcGISLocationComponent>().Rotation = new ArcGISRotation(0.0, 90.0, 0.0);

Solved the problem, just added input button to Update.
