When applying a prefab, some UI Components snap to center pivot of parent

Did I somehow flip some switch? I’ve never had any issues with Unity UI until yesterday. But now when I apply a change some of the UI components snap back to the center pivot of their parent (not even where their anchor is set). It doesn’t happen every time either which is even more confusing.

It’s a real pain to have to spend time constantly resetting component positions after this happens. No idea where to begin looking.

Pretty sure that is a bug. Supposed to have a patch soon, if it’s the one I’m thinking of.
