If you write a long post that causes the screen to scroll, the formatting bar (containing Bold, Italic, Bullet List, etc) always stays at the top of the view. That means you can’s see that bar at all if you’re scrolled down a bit.
Probably ever text editor I’ve ever seen keeps those controls floating at the top or bottom, rather than being hard-coded to stay at the top of the view.
