When ever I hit play Unity switches to game tab and then back to the scene tab so i cant control my character can somebody help me?

I hit play then Unity switch to game tab then i hit forward or w it switch to scene tab. Any help will be appreciated.

Right know i can only move my camera not by character from the standard asset help please my character isn’t moving. I am using third person controller
