When I go to the next scene I can't move my character

I am following this tutorial

Until now everything works fine, but when I touch the flag and pass to Level2 the character controls don’t work at all

Have you made sure your flow machine is attached to the Player prefab? and that all the variables are carried over to the new scene? Before you do anything, restart Unity, which sometimes fixes it.
