When I maximize the Unity editor, it's offset on the screen. (Windows 7)

Hey, I have a weird bug with the editor window. First of all, I’m running Windows 7 x64.

I just installed Unity 4.6, and now, when I maximize the editor window, it’s offset about half of the height of the top bar, downwards. As well as being visually displeasing, it also hides the message bar at the bottom! This is the only program I have ever seen this problem with. I do not have my windows taskbar, set to auto-hide. Also I’m using a dual monitor set up, and it happens on both monitors.

Any idea what could be wrong, and how to fix it?

Minor point releases are being put out quite often, best advice I could give is backup your project(s) elsewhere and try an upgrade. It seems very odd though.
