When I resize my object by moving its faces the pivot point changes

I resize my cubes by moving their faces, as regular resizing makes it bigger in both directions, when I only want in one direction. But when I do that the pivot point goes off center. Why is that and how can I fix it?

Couple of things…

  1. be sure you have the right setting near the upper left / middle of your screen: Pivot / Center and Local / Global…

  2. there may be an automated way to bring ProBuilder mesh origins to the mesh, check for that if you have the above settings correct.

How do I manually bring the ProBuilder mesh origin to the mesh? And where do I check for that?

You can always select all verts / faces and move them around manually.

Look through the docs, there might be a “origin to geometry,” but I’m not sure.
