When I started the program the first time, it asked me to chose options. I don’t tick any options, but now i need them. How I get them?

is what your are looking for the license? If so go the top of unity where you have the File, Edit, and assets buttons go to the end were there is the button called Help click on that then the second option on the drop down bar should me manage license. click on that.
