Hello, I am Fairly new to Unity and have open scripts before but after the recent update (Or maybe earlier) a popup will appear after i try to open scripts it will tell me: “How do you want to open this file?” and “Look for an app in store” and a checked box with “Always use this app to open .cs files” I tried again and again but it show me the same popup, I can’t use Monodevelop or Visual Studio. Not only that but there are 2 alerts that say:
" Failed to create device file: 20 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
I use a windows 10 and am very young, I am starting so I don’t understand most things. Please Help.
When I Try To Open Scripts in Unity It will look for an app instead of Monodevelop or Visual Studio.
Try Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools from Unity and choose your preferred external script editor from there

Thanks, I just tried this but nothing shows except “Open by file extension” and “Browse”. “Open by file extension” shows the same popup and I tried to search for something through the files but nothing is there, and I don’t want to download another app just to script.
