WHEN SALES DATA DOESN'T MATCH REVENUE

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m encountering a puzzling issue with my asset on the Unity Asset Store.

Recently, I updated my asset from a free version to a paid one on March 20th. However, when I checked the analytics, I found that there were three sales recorded between March 22nd and April 20th. Surprisingly, the revenue reflected in my account only corresponds to one sold asset during this period.

I’m a bit confused about why there’s such a significant discrepancy between the number of recorded sales and the revenue generated. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue before, or does anyone have any insights into why this might be happening?

Any help or advice on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Haven’t been a seller for a long time but charge backs and refunds could be the issue, or it could simply just be delayed recognition of the sale due to when it occured (maybe it fell right on last day of the revenue period).
