What will happen when Unity Analytics Beta becomes Unity Analytics Pro for those Beta users who do not have Pro?
According to Legacy Unity Analytics FAQs - Unity Services - Unity Discussions ,
2. Will Unity Analytics be free after beta?
Pricing has not been finalized yet, however there will always be a free tier of Unity Analytics available to all Unity developers.
Thanks fo_s. Also, as was announced yesterday at GDC, any app registered before the beta period ends will be grandfathered into all pro features for 12 months.
Wow that’s great
Is there currently a scheduled end for the beta period? When?
We’re scheduled to be fully integrated when Unity 5.1 ships, and that will signal the end of the Beta period. There is no fixed release date for 5.1 yet.
But isn’t version 5.4 comes out on march 16? I am confused, could you clarify about 5.1?

Plans and schedules often change in the harsh glare of reality. I’m afraid that’s what’s happened here. What I said was correct at the time, but the reality has turned out a little different than the plan.
Analytics became fully integrated into Unity in 5.2, but we decided to extend the beta period or a while. I think you can expect that condition to change fairly soon.
Just to confirm, if you have a pro or enterprise account, then there will be no additional charge on using Unity Analytics?
Correct. In fact, we’re not taking money for any Analytics services related to licensing. But some licenses (e.g., pro) will entitle you to more of some features. There’s a slide at the Unity GDC 2016 Keynote that shows the details. Also, note that we’re still grandfathering apps into the pro tier, so for anyone not using a pro license it’s worth being signed up before all this becomes official.
