I’m currently scripting a controller from scratch and publishing it to the asset store, but there’s 2 things want to know about.
Do created tags and input automatically save into our asset when publishing?
All scripts and level design are done from scratch, but others such as models, audio and visual effects were paid from the asset store that were created someone else. Would the Unity Team Decline my package?

Your asset can only contain stuff compliant with the Asset Store EULA:

Basically you must be the author of the contents you are submitting. Your package can include open source libraries as long as the OS license is compatible (such is MIT or Apache license).
It’s not allowed to include content from the Asset Store because it’s not open source unless it’s stated as such (even if it’s free).
