I’m wondering when we will be able to contact our customers since some customers may face issues and does not revert back to us, neither through the forum or the email and even we have started to deliver a support tab with our tools but yet some customers who may face issues using the tools, bugs or any other thing that requires our direct support does not contact us and most likely we need to keep following on them but yet we can’t know all of them unless they contacted us in some way or another.
Will unity give us a way to contact them or send them updates, message, important notes, etc… or should we implement this all by ourselves like requiring registration for the tools.
