I would expect more on it in like 6-12 months 
What I disliked on the blog was
cause that are rather big words given that neither of the two involved technologies is close to what it would require to pull that off.
So either the words were larger than the reality will be or the words imply an 1.0 release in 2.5-3 years.
But we will see, can only have beneficial impacts on Unity I guess so not much to lose
Or as Carlsberg would say, “Legion from Unity Studios plus Exit Games Photon is an ideal combination and (probably) the most powerful tool-set one can find to build stunning MMOGs”
