Where are my max textures?

The textures that are on my models within don’t appear to be tagging along to unity.

I have Max 2014, and am going out via the fbx exporter with the embed media settings. When I import into unity all kinds of materials are inserted into the assets materials folder…but no textures. My understanding was that the embed media would include these as well.

These are autodesk materials.

as far as my experience on modeling export, you have to skin your model with image texture.(I never used max though)

Yea, they’re looking fine in max.

However, I was able to do an experiment exporting a simple cube with a bitmap applied to it. That opened up. So, I’m guessing it has to do with the autodesk materials.
