Where are the Particle delta changes in 5.6.0b4?

In the 5.6.0b4 Release Notes (Delta since b3), it states in the features section:

  • Particles: Added new Shape Module controls to support non-randomized particle emission.
  • Particles: Redesigned Burst Emission to support 8 bursts, and added burst repeat parameters.

But in the actual build that I downloaded there is nothing new in these two modules.
I was hoping to test the uniform emission feature.
