where are the player setting stored on windows?

I have searched the registry, but cannot find where they are stored in there.
What I want to be able to do is remove the entries, so the control inputs will be wiped
I know that i can add to script to do it, but would like to do it my way instead.

Do you mean PlayerPrefs? There are stored in the registry. Take a look at the documentation page.
