I have a big issue with unity but can’t seem to find the help forums, as this one specifically stated it was not a support forum. A link would be nice, tia
Just about every other subforum is a support forum. Only reason General Discussion is labeled as a non-support forum is because it’s the only one that isn’t obvious.
All of the following subforums are support forums. I didn’t provide links because you just go to the base page and click on them there.

Also please keep in mind that although some Unity employees post here from time to time, it is still mainly a community forum, so their answer should not expected in any timely manner and such.
Although 99% the community can help you out and when we can’t, you will be instructed to file a bug report or support ticket, depending on the situation.
