Where are you otee?

Hi,

i was searching for some things in google-earth and thought why not looking after otee…so i was wondering where in Copenhagen otee is exactely.

Now in which building is otee located - or am i totally wrong and you’re a bit more in the north?

Is this sand or a huge building lot around you?

In which months can you bath in the sea? :O)

taumel

The green “here”. Top-right corner of the building, 5th (top) floor, a big window looking towards the East.

When these pictures were taken the area around us was not built up yet. It is now (at least partly, and more coming).

Okay…do you have any pictures how it’s looking rihgt now?

And how about the temperature of the sea?

The water you see on the picture is actually a rather crappy (shallow, dirty) canal. It looks decidedly fake, even by canal-standards.

OTOH there’s a bath on the harbour just 5 minutes away on bike (bicycling begin the chosen method of locomotion in Copenhagen).

It’s too cold for me except during the midsummer, but a lot of people brave it at other times.

This PDF-presentation of the incubator we have our offices in gives you a glimpse of how slick-tech it look out here:

The glass cube rooms which come inside remind me of the comic “Les Petites”…

They’re meeting rooms. It feels really cool to hang out in them.

And because the rest of the building (ground floor - 4th floor) belongs to (is) the IT-University of Copenhagen, there’s this lovely constant buzz of people, even in the late evenings, people from all over the world working on various IT-related projects into the night.

Our Serious Games sister-company has its offices on the second floor, and it’s always a pleasure to stroll down and see what wonders they cook up with Unity.

Did I mention that I really like this place?

Some super secret photos from me here. You can read a lot about our workplace and stuff, especially if you dig Lithuanian! Also contains photos from the Nordic Game Jam that was in january.

Thanks for the pictures. At least you also work on your physical health and practice somekind of local tribal dance ( Nordic GameJam #6 | Joe ir Aras kažkurioje žaidimo kūrimo st… | Flickr )… ;O)

That was the famous Dragon Flying game in the gamejam. That’s me and Joe actively developing it!

In which release will we see the programming interface where i am not doomed to code anymore and can dance instead?! ;O)

It’s fantastic! In spain the incubator’s are giant cement blocks (cheap, not cool T_T)

At least we have sun and a sea that is not a giant ice cream.
But girls in top-less are not a good look if you have work to do.

Yes, the site looks really cool!
