To be more precise I would like to play with environment assets that were used in heretic showcase.
On the asset store I can find only characters, and those I do not want.
Only the digital human Gawain and the Morgan VFX character are available.
I don’t believe an environment asset pack has been made available.
The most useful assets are not available ? This is painful.

A reading of the Unity blog on the topic gives hints as to why it may be licensing issues. They worked with outside people on the environments, and we don’t know specifically what their agreement was. Their frequent mention of sometimes using “custom assets” implies there’s also many stock assets, assets which they may have license to use but not necessarily to distribute for free.
If they could hand out the entire project, I have no doubt they would.
I’ve downloaded the Heretic character from unity store. It is useless as it utilize a custom shader/setup for the skin that appears you need to purchase separately.
It was a lie, they made it appear as unity can do that out of the box but you need to invest more time understanding this additional setup on top of trying to understand the HDRP spaghetti mess.
In the end I’ve used the hand of the model as simple reference for the skin.
The hands use the standard HDRP materials, the face use that custom plugin/shader or what is called from Digital human
Just to give an official answer on this - Joe is right, they are not publicly available.
