Where can I download Unity 4.0.0f1 for Mac? I have it for Windows.

Hello!

I have Unity 4.0.0f1 for Windows, but I need it for Mac. Where can I download it?

I cannot use the Beta as my development team has published a release that only works in 4.0.0f1, and my DirectX on my Windows Parallels is broken since I installed Unity 4 beta - I’m not sure when that happened - but that is when Unity and DirectX stopped working for me - even after I reinstalled Unity 3.5.

Well, whatever site you downloaded the Windows version of 4.0.0f1 from probably also had the Mac version right?

Version 4.0.0f3 can be downloaded from the Unity web site.

My developers provided me 4.0.0f1 for Windows on Friday, and I haven’t heard from them where they got it. And where I can get the Mac version.

I scoured Google for 4.0.0f1 for Mac - but couldn’t find it. Can you help me with a link?

I need 4.0.0f1 since it is the standard version we are doing our testing with. I could give 4.0.0f3 a try - but that is a less preferred option.

I need to finish testing before a presentation tomorrow morning. :slight_smile:

4.0.0f1 was not released to the public so either your developers are on the private beta list or they obtained a copy of 4.0.0f1 some other way. If they are on the private beta list then they should be able to obtain a Mac copy of 4.0.0f1 for you.

OK - I understand 4.0.0f1 is not public, so where can I get 4.0.0f3? Can you share the link? Tough to find.

I tried to download yesterday and it was still 4.0.0b!

Now it is in fact 4.0.0f3 - and works for Mac. Hopefully I can get our build running on it without issues. :slight_smile:
