Where can I get professional help for monetizing my game.

Hi all,
I’ve spent 3 years finishing my game.
Finally, I am about to release.
And I have a simple concern about it. I sell basically 3 packages in my store and can’t be sure whether should I make them 1.99 or 2.99 each. My problem is as simple as this.
But where can I find someone that I can trust his experiences to ask it?

Why not A/B test your prices? For one user give price A and another price B and then see which user group generates the best ROI. Because I think your concern is that $1.99 may sell more so the total return is higher. You’ll need 10-20k users for the data statistics to have low margin of error because maybe 1 out of 100 users will pay. Also make sure those users are all from the same country because many countries don’t buy IAPs. Ad Revenue is very good these days ($10-$15 global eCPM, if you do it right and use a mediator), so I highly recommend including ads. Your purchases can remove ads for users that don’t want them.

Good luck.

I’ll be honest.
As game developers, we are like the man in luna park who gives tickets to the speed train.
People pay the money, have fun and leave.
I just don’t want anyone to think while leaving, that “It didn’t worth that money” or “Yes it was fun but we really paid much”
I want them to say “Wow it was fun and we really didn’t pay too much for it!”
But the problem is because of the Dollars exchange rates nowadays it is really not easy to arrange that.
In America 2.99 means chocolate and in some countries it is part of the rent…

Right, so with Google Play you can set any price you want for a package for each currency. So for one of my packages I priced it based on a cup of fancy coffee in America (around $4) and then used a cost-of-living website to compare prices. So for example that same coffee in India costs only $1. For App Store, the prices for a tier are just converted at the exchange rate so with that platform you just have to charge the amount that you’d want people to pay who live in countries that typically pay (e.g. US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand).
