Where can i use my bought assets?

I have some times a little problem and that is that my two (a Mac and a Windows machiene with each have unity pro installed) main computers are not realy moveable and becouse we as a family do not want all the ugly computer stuff in the livingroom they are in the bedroom and here comes my problem.
My wife has sometimes a week nightshift and when she is at home she natruly wants to sleep at daytime but then i can not work on my main computers :frowning:

So my question is, can i use my assets that i bought in the unity asset store on my wife´s laptop where she has a unity free version installed (i installed it and activated it there when i want to show and interest her for unity wich sadly fails hard)?

I know i only can install the pro version on two computers wich are installed on the main Mac and Windows systems. Also i know that i am not allowed to work in a team wich uses pro and free version together.
But here i am the only one who wants to use them (i am a one man team) and also only in that way i can develope further on even when my wife is sleeping. I that way can work on a side part like making new shaders with shaderforgeor making some new terrains with terrain composer or testing some networking code parts with multilan for example.

Would like to have a statement from someone at unity but maybe someone else have an answer or a side question that is near to my problem.

Edit:
Btw. if i am allowed to do that, can i then just log into the asset store with my account on her computer and download the asset i need from my bought ones or how should i do this so that my account will not be locked?

As long as you are the one using the assets, i dont think the Unity version or system matters. I have not tried it myself to be sure though, but would not make sense to give you any trouble for using your own licensed assets on your own systems.

The free and pro mix i think applies only on teams, not stand alone developers, especially since you can jump from free to pro at any point without any problem.

Their main concern is that more than one may be using Unity Pro in a team and have the rest work on free and feed the results to Pro. This is a valid concern, but makes not sense to check when a single developer switches from Free to Pro.

That would also mean that a huge ammount of assets made in Unity Free would not be usable in Pro, which is not happening.

I think you are right on all points and i thought about it that way too.
So thank you for your post.

Hope that one from the unity people will tell us the same.
Btw., for some time i had also the green thing on the top left on the forum member picture but now can not see it anymore. What is this for?

Edit:
Oh, i still have the green thing

I would like to see some extra confirmation too, by any source.

I notice i have a green triangle in my icon too, i dont know what it is :), maybe just an indication that we are online (it says online now when i hover)
