Where does Unity store its per user configuration info?

I’ve got a problem where Unity crashes every time it starts (since I bought a license). I’m pretty sure it’s to do with the screen layout and configuration but I can’t find a command to reset it to default or find the configuration file so I can delete it.

I’m using Unity on a Mac running Lion.

OK I found what to delete! In case any one else has the same problem:

I removed the ~/Library/Preferences/Unity directory and that fixed it
