Are you talking about v1? As you can see from your 19.3 shot it’s deprecated and removed in 20.1

unity cache server does not work with asset database v2, it’s deprecated
so you don’t set a folder anymore, you only need to set an ip address for unity accelerator (cache server replacement for v2)
