Where is a good place to make a game logo

Right now i need to create an image to set as the RawImage texture which is the title on my main menu screen. Im looking for something which can generate a png or just any photo format for this.

This image of the World of Warships title screen should show the kind of logo that i am aiming to make:

So far all the text to png converters online are really bad (Obviously) and give no option for any creativity. Anyone know a good program for me to work with?

Why not using GIMP, creating your logo there and save it as a transparent .png file (Guide)?

Adobe Illustrator is commonly used, but any vector graphics software will work (Inkscape is free). Vector graphics means you can output at whatever resolution you want, so if you wanted a large banner at a video games show, the artwork would be ready for it.
