Where is "Disable HW Statistics"? (2019.3)

Where did the Disable HW Statistics option go in the Player settings? It is missing from it’s usual spot in 2019.3.0f1.

It is off by default now. The only way to enable or disable data collection in 2019.3 is via the Service Window, Analytics ON/OFF

Thanks, good to know. So PerformanceReportingSettings.enabled, AnalyticsSettings.enabled, and CrashReportingSettings.enabled are false by default in 2019.3?
