Is this the version you installed, or was that a typo? You should have version 0.3.3 of com.unity.polyspatial.visionos. With that version, you should be able to create a GameObject, select Add Component in the Inspector, and search for “Polyspatial”, which should show the PolySpatial Video Component (among others).
To add to that, Is the built-in video module enabled? This may or may not solve the issue outright, but is required for full polyspatial video functionality.

Even when I clicked the Add Component button, it was not displayed in the list.
However, after uninstalling Unity Editor and PolySpatial Packages and reinstalling them again, they were displayed again, and the video can now be played on the Vision OS simulator.
