Where is ScriptableObject.CreateInstance stored?

Just in memory (then how to kind of FindObjects them)? How do I recognize from code, is it Asset or CreateInstance one? Any differences (at runtime)?

As I found by experimenting, they’re stored in “scene” and got by FindObjectsOfType(). So which is in this list is “Instance”, others are Assets. It’s probably not the best solution, I guess?
