Where is that Unity-launcher utility, please?

Hi all - I was surfing around the web and forums trying to learn Unity (which is way cool) and stumbled across a utility that is just a dialog box letting you load the project of your choice into the Unity Editor-version of your choice.

Now that I’m far enough along in learning to actually want to use that utility, I can’t re-find it

Anyone have a quick link to it?
