Where is the "Add Terrain Texture" Button?

I just realized where to post questions. Sorry!
I just started using Unity and was trying to create a basic landscape. The only problem is I cannot find the “Add Terrain Texture” button I read about on unity3d.com. I have the most recent version of Unity Personal (2018.4.14f1). I am also using the “Standard Assets” package for the grass and rock textures.

Click on the paint brush button and select Paint Texture then create a Terrain Layer. You can then paint the Terrain Layer texture on the terrain.
Paint Details is for grass etc.
