Where to download a URP PostProcessing neutral color LUT? 16 and 32

Is there a place where I can download a neutral 16/32 color LUT that actually works with the new URP post processing ColorLookup module?
This should be available with the URP package by default, at least the specifications for it so I could generate one by myself.
