I’ve been stumbling around the net for an hour trying appropriate free Sci-Fi Squad Shooter Interface.
Does anyone know where I can find a good free Sci-Fi interface that can be used a placeholder?

just go steal ideas from one you like the look of.
you are going to have to learn how to do it at some point anyway.
I got one coming to the asset store for around $10… in a week or two … set up for NGUI and Unity GUI …
I’d look at opengameart.org. But if it’s a placeholder you don’t need fancy themed elements. In fact, using stuff you sketch out in your drawing tool of choice is probably a better idea, as it’s far easier to iteratively design from scratch than it is to iteratively design from someone else’s existing assets.
Actually just found that site, there are some decent placeholders, I get discouraged when all the assets are primitives and the interface is unity default. I’d like to be able to use the assets and at least give the artist credit and not have to worry about not having a license some art. I wish there was the budget, but there isn’t…
