Where to report forum bugs?

I have the problem when using a vpn all my posts go to a moderation-queue, but it seems no one is approving those posts.

I’m required to use a vpn to encrypt my connection when I’m using open hotspots, so it would be great if some forum administrator could whitelist me somehow.

Rather, it seems the VPN you’re using is already listed in a certain way. So this is not a bug, rather a result of someone abusing your VPN origin in the past.
