Where to set up iOS cloud?

Hi I can’t remember - is there somewhere in iTunes Connect (or elsewhere) that you have to turn enable iCloud for your iOS app? I can’t find it anywhere…I ask because I’m getting a message in XCode that sounds like iCloud isn’t working anymore for my app when it used to.

Thank you but I’m sorry I don’t see any settings to turn on /off or configure iCloud there. Can you be more specific?

then you select the App ID, press Settings, and Enable/Disable stuff.
