I’m sure this is a stupid question, but I can’t figure out how to try WebGL. From all the screenshots I’ve seen it should just be right there on the Build Settings menu, but it’s not. I did pay for and activate Unity Pro within the correct timeframe and I’m using Beta build 9 on a Mac. Is there something I’m missing? Was there something I was supposed to activate?
A shot in the dark, but try installing beta 12.
It should look something like this in both beta 9 and 12:
What platform options do you have?
Okay, this is strange. I’ve downloaded the beta (unity-5.0.0b9.dmg) and it installs fine, but when I try to open it, it says it’s 4.5.5. I do also have 4.5.5 on this computer, but it’s in a completely different folder.
How are you opening it? Are you launching from the icon in /Applications?
I’ve tried going straight to the Apps/ Unity folder and using spotlight search with the same result.
Make sure you eject all disk images (except for the Unity 5 installer disk image) before running the Unity installer.

Ah, that makes sense. I did install 4.5 right before 5. It works perfectly now. Thanks!
