Which external dB to use?

I like the idea of Firebase cloud, but it seems there is no real support for it yet and it seems that porting from realtime database to the cloud version is not going to be a simple task. This rather puts me off Google’s offering, so I am looking for guidance on what DB service to use - AWS, Azure, something else. Could you give me an idea of what might be best and why?

Uhhh… am I missing something? Literally none of those products you mentioned are databases, they’re just general-purpose cloud hosts.

Azure has Sql, Firebase has realtime database and AWS offers MySQL, Postgres and more, all in addition to storage and other services.
