Get the oldest one that you want to support. If it works on that, in theory the newer ones should work as well, but I’ve seen something about a shader not working on the iPad Air that works on older models. So yeah you should get them all.
Thanks Eric, makes sense. It looks like iPad 2 has the biggest market share at the moment, so does it make sense to make games compatible with iPad 2? I wonder how long it is going to hold leadership.
Are there many games that are already incompatible with iPad 2 ? (screen resolution, CPU)
Poor development. Speed should be good on all devices which Apple currently sell. I don’t see why anyone would want people to pay for something that doesn’t run properly.
