Which network solution should i use.

So i want about 50people max on 1 server. I’m pretty sure unity cant handle this so which network solution do you recommend. I really like photon cloud but i dont think that can handle 50 people as well. Should i just go with photon server or should i look into something else.

Depends on the scope of the project. Is it a hobby project or a serious project?

Hobby its just for me and my friends as of now we have a maximum of about 10-15 connection but i would like it to have a maximum of 50 since its sort of a RPG and it has pvp. Now we always do these 5v5 battles but i would love to see some bigger ones. So you anywhere between 40-50 would be great.

For a hobby project i actually think you could just use Unity’s if you are smart about it.

Oke and would it be able to handle 20-30 people on the same server? I never used unity always photon or uLink and also never more then 10 people at the same time. So this is quite new for me.

Photon is very similar to unity’s api. It has pretty cheap cloud servers too. You can get 20 CCU for free. You will have to pay a small small fee to get 30 but nothing that should put too big of a dent in your pocket.

Hey , i have a serious project to do , Which one i should go for? Which should work with all external servers too, Ulink is worth a try?

I know i have always worked with photon i really love how it works it is so easy to set up. And the server are super cheap if you for an indie license.

Yeah, photon is the best and simplest way to go.
