White cursor in textfield?

I have what I think is probably a simple problem. I’m making a GUI.TextField call and am using a custom GUIstyle. however, the background of the textfield is supposed to be white, which makes the blinking cursor impossible to see. Is it possible to change the color of the cursor? I could technically change my textfield area to a different color, but its a problem that has bothered me before.
