After I create UI element a lot of options just disappear and it fixes only after restarting a project.
(sorry for photo, I can’t screenshot idk why)
I sometimes have got the same issue.
The best you can do is to update to the last patch version of your Unity version and cross fingers it has been fixed by Unity.
