Snap to pixels and turning off anti aliasing does not fix the problem.
There are a number of reasons why that may happen, it often has to do with rounding and the way unity displays sprites. Some solutions are to make sure the camera size is pixel perfect or always placed on a whole unit. Here are some resources that may help:
