Why are two of the same components listed in my inspector?

Only one SceneChangeEvent.cs script exists in my project.

Try adding them both as components to a GameObject and checking where each one leads (you can do that by clicking on them after they’re in your GameObject), maybe you have a leftover in one of your sub-folders.

Rebooting unity, it was solved.
I wander if there were broken meta files in my project.
