Why are Unity Pro users being excluded from the Anayltics Livestream?

I logged in like I do every day to check the livestream and the performance report for my unity games when suddenly I find that I now cannot view these features without signing up to Unity Plus even though I have a Unity Pro License?

I purchased the license outright around Unity 5.3 so I am wondering if this means nothing now. Can someone from Unity please respond on the new monetization method with the Analytics and why Unity Pro users are being excluded?

Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you’re describing, you should be logged as a Pro license. Analytics plans to keep supporting legacy Pro licenses for another year or more. Could you please file a support ticket via the Analytics dashboard so we can have someone investigate this case more thoroughly?
