I don’t think it has anything to do with cloud build, if any mod could move it, thanks.

But trying to help, how did you install Unity? Via the Unity Hub? Either way, uninstall this Unity version either from the Unity Hub or via “Programs and Features” on Windows and reinstall it from the hub.
